If you want to pawn your valuables:

You must have a valid form of identification and be the owner of the item in question. You will need to (in person) bring your item as well as your means of identification to us. We will loan you money against the item in question, physically take the item and then put it into safe-keeping. Should you not pay back your debt at or before the date of expiration, you will cede ownership of the item to us.

We accept EFT (for payments of over R 4 000) and cash as payment methods.

If you want to pawn your car:

You will need the following documents and information:

1. An up-to-date license disk.
2. No outstanding fines or you must be willing to have your outstanding fines subtracted from the amount lent to you without changing the amount due to us.
3.1. (South African citizens) an ID or a driver’s license.
3.2. (Non-South African citizens) your passport and Traffic Register document.
4. A detectable VIM number that matches the VIM number on the license disk and that matches the VIM number on the Certificate of Registration.
5. A Certificate of Registration.

We will loan you money against the car in question, physically take the car and then put it into safe-keeping. Should you not pay back your debt at or before the date of expiration, you will cede ownership of the car to us.

We accept EFT (for payments of over R 4 000) and cash as payment methods.

If you want to sell an item:

You must have a valid form of identification and ownership of the item in question. You will need to (in person) bring your item as well as your means of identification to us. We will make you an offer on your item at which point you can choose to sell or not.

If you want to buy an item:

Walk in purchases are only permitted if you know what you want to purchase and have contacted us ahead of time.

An identification document is required for purchases. Valid forms of identification include: A South African ID, a passport or a South African driver’s license. Please note that we make a copy of this document for our records.

We accept cash, card, EFT and payments through PayFast.

Returns policy:

A return/refund policy is negotiated on a PER TRANSACTION BASIS. Onsite testing of goods is done before money is accepted and goods are released.
